  • Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually, mixing until just combined.
  • Combine the crushed peppermint candy canes and white chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven to 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
