Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups oats (old-fashioned)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• Prep Time: 15 minutes
• Cook Time: 12 minutes
• Total Time: 27 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
• Cream together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
• Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
• Mix in the oats, baking soda and salt until well combined.
• Incorporate the raisins.
• Drop tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
• Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
