Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
  • Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Combine the molasses, ground ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the flour mixture slowly until just combined.
  • Incorporate the mini marshmallows.
  • Scoop the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
