Danish Biscuits Recipe

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Mix in the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt until the dough forms.
  • Make small balls of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • With the back of a fork, gently flatten the balls.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are lightly golden brown.
  • Allow the biscuits to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
