Petit Beurre Cookies Recipe
Petit Beurre Cookies are buttery, crisp, and delectable French cookies that go well with tea or coffee.
Ingredients
- 200g unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- Two large eggs

- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 35 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined with the butter mixture.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch on a lightly floured surface.
