Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

These peanut butter cookies are quick and simple to make, with only a few ingredients you probably already have on hand. They're soft and chewy, with a strong peanut butter flavour.

Ingredients

• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until thoroughly combined.
• Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Press a fork down on the dough balls to make a criss-cross pattern.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
• Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
