Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies Recipe
These soft and chewy Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies have a chocolate surprise in the centre. They're ideal for holiday baking or any other time of year.
Ingredients
- Unwrapped 24 chocolate kisses
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- (175 degrees C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, white sugar, and egg.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet that has not been oiled.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove cookies from oven and press a chocolate kiss into the centre of each cookie right away.
- Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
