Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe
This chocolate peanut butter ice cream sandwich is ideal for any chocolate or peanut butter fan. For the ultimate indulgence, creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate ice cream are sandwiched between two chocolate cookies.
Ingredients
- 12 chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
- Apply the peanut butter mixture to one side of each cookie.
- Place a scoop of chocolate ice cream onto one of the peanut butter-covered cookies using an ice cream scoop.
- Place another cookie on top of the ice cream, peanut butter side down.
- Sandwich the ice cream between the cookies by gently pressing down.
- Rep with the rest of the cookies and ice cream.
- Place the ice cream sandwiches on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
