Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
These classic Peanut Butter Cookies are soft and chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Ideal for peanut butter fans.
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg and baking soda.
- Roll the dough into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Press down on each ball with a fork to make a criss-cross pattern.
- 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
