These Roasted Peanut Butter Cookies are rich, chewy, and nutty. They're ideal for peanut butter fans, and the roasted peanuts add a satisfying crunch to every bite.

- 1 egg
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cream the peanut butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the egg until it is completely incorporated.
- Add the chopped peanuts and mix well.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Using a fork, press down on each ball to make a crisscross pattern.
