  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • (175 degrees C).
  • Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and dried lavender buds until well combined.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap after shaping it into a ball.
  • Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out on a floured surface to a 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Using cookie cutters, cut the dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn golden brown.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet.
  • Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Serve and have fun.
