• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

• Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
• Mix in the salt and flour until just combined.
• Incorporate the rainbow sprinkles.
• Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
• Allow at least 30 minutes to chill.
• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius).
• Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cut it into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
• Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
• Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
