Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
These cookies are a delicious blend of traditional chocolate chip cookies and Nutella. They're chewy and soft, with a gooey Nutella centre that oozes out with each bite. It's ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth.

- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 35 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually, mixing until just combined.
- Incorporate the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough with a small cookie scoop or spoon and flatten it slightly in the palm of your hand.
- 1 teaspoon Nutella should be placed in the centre of the flattened dough.
- Scoop out another tablespoon of dough and slightly flatten it in your palm.
- Place it on top of the Nutella-filled dough and seal the edges with your fingers.
- Form a ball of dough between your palms.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and Nutella, spacing the balls about 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
