Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
These chewy and delicious chocolate chip cookies have plenty of gooey chocolate chips in every bite.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Two large eggs
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Separately, in a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the dry ingredients gradually until just combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
- 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
