- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- Colored sugar is used for decorating
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
