  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  • 1 cup sugar and vegetable oil should be combined in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon, combined in a small bowl.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Place the balls 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
