Superbowl Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- Two large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- food coloring (in team colors)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the dry ingredients gradually until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts and color each with team colors.
- Roll the dough into small balls and roll them in the decorating sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown, on a greased baking sheet.
