Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a 12-inch-long, 1 1/2-inch-wide log.
Bake the logs for 25 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Remove the logs from the oven and set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
Slice the logs diagonally into 1/2-inch thick slices with a serrated knife.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes with the slices flat on the baking sheet.
