Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in a slow, steady stream until just combined.
  • Combine the white and dark chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
  • Drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart, with a cookie scoop or spoon.
  • 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
