M&M Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
MandM oatmeal cookies are ideal as a snack or dessert. They're simple to make and oozing with chocolate flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups m&ms
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups oats (old-fashioned)
- 1 cup brown sugar
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 12 minutes
- Total Time: 32 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats and flour.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture gradually.
- Incorporate the M&Ms.
- Using a rounded spoon, drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool down on wire racks.
