Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in the flour mixture gradually until just combined.
  • Combine the oats and raisins in a mixing bowl.
  • Scoop the dough into 2 tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
